*The following offers are available only to clients who are purchasing a home with the ATX home Advisor Team and financing with a referred Loan Officer of the Canopy Mortgage’s TLC Group: (1) Client purchasing with an ATX Home Advisor Team Agent will receive a 1.5% rebate, plus a $1000 lender credit (applied to fees) at the closing/funding of their purchase (based on a 3% buyer commission). For example, a
$400,000 home purchase price, the client would receive a credit of 1.5% credit of $6,000, plus a $1,000 credit toward closing costs, for a total benefit of $7,000.
**Qualifying for ATX Home Advisor Team’s rebate requires clients selling their home using an ATX Home Advisor Team real estate agent. For example, a $400,000 home sales price, the seller-client would receive a credit of 1% credit of $4,000. Clients retain the right to negotiate their individual listing agreement (example based on a 3% seller commission)

Consumers wishing to file a complaint against a banker or a residential mortgage loan originator should complete and send a complaint form to the Texas department of savings and mortgage lending, 2601 North Lamar, suite 201, Austin, Texas 78705. Complaint forms and instructions may be obtained from the department’s website at www.sml.texas.gov A toll-free consumer hotline is available at 1-877-276-5550. The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
